LOCATION: BROOKLYN, NY

This project is located in Brooklyn, NY between industrial and residential sectors. Inspiration from a preexisting road [Hamilton Road] lead to the primary design of a large central road through the site. This road is utlize for pedestrians and food trucks throughout the day and night. The site is divided into two separate realms, a communal public space and a private residential space. The complex lives in the private realm and holds apartments on the top floors, offices below, daycare below that and finally a ground floor market space.
